The Macomb Community Domestic Violence Council (MCDVC) is a diverse, inclusive organization to promote a culture of healthy, equitable relationships through education, conversation, and community.
- All are welcome to join us at our meetings held the third Friday of September, November, January, March and May from 3 – 4 at the MISD Educational Building or on Zoom.
- We use meetings, trainings, and workgroups to create a coordinated community response to domestic violence and to offer opportunities for professional discourse and networking.
- MCDVC projects have included the Macomb County Strangulation Response Team, and the MI Network of Bi, Trans, Lesbian, Gay and Queer Survivors of Abuse, as well as partnerships with Macomb Community College and McLaren Health Graduate Medical Education.
- The MCDVC is a 501(c)3 organization with members from healthcare, social service, government, criminal justice, and education community sectors.
