Registration of a team includes entry for the team captain at registration. A team button will be created for the members of your team to register at $20 each with-in 24 hours of creating your team. Please complete a signed WAIVER to participate. Download WAIVER

Each participant 18 and over must fill out and sign a WAIVER to be allowed to participate. A waiver for EVERY child (17 and Under) must be completed and signed by the parent/legal guardian to participate. Download the form here
